Say good-farewell to the "Hollywood Nights" at the Jersey Shore this summertime.
Bob Seger and the Silvery Bullet Ring'southward final tour makes a stop Saturday, June 1, at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel.
The Detroit rocker, whose hits include "Nosotros've Got Tonight," "Night Moves," "Old Time Stone & Roll," and "Hollywood Nights," is taking a bow after more than 50 years in the music business organization.
"My career is winding downwardly," said Seger to Rolling Stone. "What tin can I say? I can't do this much longer. My director is 70. We've been together for 45 years now and nosotros need to end pretty soon and turn it over to the Kid Rocks and Eminems."

What else is going on is going on at the Arts Eye this summer? Lot's of country music with more than a third of the season boot ready.

Don't look now, but Aldean simply picked up an "artist of the decade" award.
Yup, Aldean, 42 from Macon, Georgia, was bestowed the Dick Clark Artist of the Decade Award at the recent 2019 Academy of Country Music Awards.
"I don't feel similar I've been around long plenty to get something like that," said Aldean to People magazine.
He'due south in a reflective mood. His latest album, "Rearview Town," is well-nigh the past, simply also about looking forwards, as well. She said yeah again and the country music star proceeded to serenade the couple with his hit "Then" as they danced on stage.
